the almost christmas market...

so, they have a huge christmas market here in innsbruck. we got a tip that it had started last week, so we ventured downtown the other night to see the lights. well, no lights & no market

but it was a fun night anyway.

there were these giant light chandeliers that are amazing.

we had pizza...

and gelato...

{love that she has her own but is still totally eyeing mine}

pretty sure the lights are up now. planning to go down again tonight.

learning book...

sadie has been really into coloring & drawing lately. so i broke out some books i bought before we came to austria. they have directions for tracing letters & numbers, circling things, etc.

we call them her learning books & she loves to do the different lessons.

she is not too much of a direction follower... i am hoping this will help.

she also LOVES the ikea easel we got... & i loved this drawing of "people" she did.

i am hoping that giving her an outlet for her art through the easel we can prevent this...

drawing on the wall thing from happening again...

like i said... i am hoping.

{but those two little guys she drew sure are cute. shhh, don't tell her that.}

and then it was back to THE DRESS.

we have not really been doing a "real" f.h.e with sadie yet.

but last monday we decided to start. we bought some glow in the dark stars & talked about how heavenly father & jesus created the universe & everything in it.

then sadie created her very own starry starry night.

so fun... we need to make a habit of this!

excited...

to start selling these from my sprinkles blog & maybe etsy.

& to have this girl working on a new blog header for sprinkles.

just a taste...

blustery days...

the ground is covered with fall leaves & the wind was blowing them around like crazy...

a fun day to play outside.

these little feet were busy & when we got to the door they needed to "take a break"

on a side note... nana & papa got their tickets to come visit us! we are elated!

so, next month we will have some new faces to blog about.

& new places to blog about.

it just says the park is only for kids to play at... strange picture, huh.

we love parks...

especially when daddy is around to join us.

pirates & leaves...

our little makeshift pirate... halloween costumes are hard to find over here. so she chose pirate {anything roy does is amazing} at least she was out of that princess dress for a day.

i think she makes an adorable ... i mean fearsome... pirate. don't you?
